A movement and gathering space

on a mission to relieve suffering for homeless animals

Hi, I’m Krystal. I’ve been a yogi for 20 years now.

I’m not the kind of yogi who works tirelessly to nail the perfect handstand or be the best at creating aesthetic content on Instagram.

I’m the yogi that wants to relieve suffering and pain for the souls around me.

I’m the yogi that shovels poop for animals in need of homes and washes dishes with a smile.

I am a donor at Rainbow Friends Animal Sanctuary and volunteer roughly 25 hours per week.

My partner and I are doing the remodeling and clean-up.

We’ve turned the lanai into a community classroom space.

Come try a yoga class with me!

I’m excited to share this practice with you and help the sanctuary thrive.

“Lift the broken, feed the hungry.”

I’m teaming up with Mary Rose

(the founder of Rainbow Friends Animal Sanctuary)

She has served at the no-kill operation for 24 years.

The 7.5 acre sanctuary is receiving much-deserved care-taking and she’s getting a break from doing all the heavy lifting.

Thanks to your class donations, we’ll be feeding the animals more nutritious meals and getting kennels and shelters repaired.

Ahimsa: Love in it’s purest form.

Compassion and kindness for all.

Find your alignment.

With an experienced teacher you can trust.

Flow is where I found my path.

I healed myself from adolescent eating disorders through breathwork, yoga, and hula-hooping.

Yes, hula-hooping. I even got certified to teach hoop-dance in 2009 by Hoopnotica.

I completed Moon Dance Botanical’s Spiral Path herbalist training in 2012.

I completed my 900 hour accredited massage school training in 2014-2015 at Denver’s Massage Therapy Institute of Colorado.

Then I stayed at MTIC for two sessions to be a teacher’s assistant in anatomy and bodywork.

In Fall of 2015-Spring of 2016, I completed Axis Yoga’s 200 hour Yoga teacher training.

In Summer 2016- Fall 2016, I completed Club Pilates 500 hour Pilates teacher training.

In Winter of 2019, I completed Level One Thai Massage training in Chiang Mai’s International Thai Massage School.

In 2021, I received the “Best Local Massage” award in Oregon’s Statesman’s Journal.

In 2022, I was teaching 5 days per week at Common People Yoga, helping them win the “Best of the Willamette.”

In Summer 2022, I completed Buti Yoga teacher training in Portland, Oregon.

In Spring 2023, I moved to the Big Island of Hawaii and have been slowly building all my practices back up while homesteading with my sweet partner, Patrick.

In January 2024, we started volunteering at Rainbow Friends Animal Sanctuary.

Currently: I am starting these gentle hatha yoga classes to help the sanctuary get the revitalization and healing it needs.
